Position: Customer Service/Order fulfillment

Applicant must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and be a problem solver.  Jewelry bins can get heavy; must be able to lift up to 60lb.  Work in a clean, friendly environment. 

Work Schedule FT, M-F 8-5.  Wage & benefits are negotiable based on your experience; Pay range $10-$13/hour is.

Job description: Order fulfillment - Pull & Ship product for

            customers.

            Utilizing Computerized Invoicing.

            Customer support (via phone) - Tracking Shipments, 

            Product, Orders & Invoices.

            Inventory control- Assist team in taking inventory

Advance Placement: Customer order taking (via phone).

            Receiving international shipments.

            Returns & Claims

Helpful experience/background (willing to train):

            Computers, 10 key by touch

            Software: Excel, Word,

            Shipping software: UPS/FedEx

            Customer relations
